A Great Responsibility lies on the shoulders of Nation States Leaders who are on process to Negotiate PEACE for even a Slight Miscalculation, a Slight Error in perceiving the perceptions oreveb a Slight Computer Digital Data misinformation may trigger and force many nations pulling out Hundreds of Deadliest of the most Deadly and Nuclear Missiles to shoot Roaring in Space hitting the Chosen Targets and spelling a pall and wide-spread death and destruction near and far to wipe up and efface cities after cities in a matter of Minutes ! Who would then be able to undo the loss of such massive death and destruction which may be thousand times greater than the Total Losses of WW-II or all later Disasters all combined ?

Need is to play cool and not make the Chambers Hot for the War. Just in 70 years Japan has forgotten the Horrors of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and still bent on repeating thesame mistake by this time trying to have US on its sides. This war shall be no respecter of any Nation or Leader and conditions must must not be allowed to get tense. UN must intervene ICJ and all neutral States must immediately intervene and dissipate the Crisis by not allowing any New Strategic Warring Equations or Regions and Blocks to Emerge ! The Leaders not following a Peace mandate of International Body must immediately be Arrested and divested of all Powers to take any Decisions for Tens of Millions or a Billions of People on Earth who would unfortunately fall as innocent victims of such grave folly of just a few misguided Leaders, in the event of a War !
